These companies are not legitimate. They are using fraudulent or unregistered virtual addresses, they breach contracts, they create spin-off companies to continue the scam, and they hide. They claim to be Google, Oracle, and AWS partners, and they are not. They have been reported to the FTC and others. They are sophisticated scammers, cheating hardworking American small business owners out of money under the guise of app development. Do not use them.
